The 15 best WhatsAppmarketing tools in India, compared

Updated September 2026. We make one of these, and we have said so clearly wherever we appear.

Last verified: September 2026 · Based on publicly available information

The best WhatsApp marketing tool depends on what you need it to do. For broadcasting and flow-based automation, AiSensy and Wati are the most established options in India. For WhatsApp commerce in small businesses, Interakt and Zoko are built for that specifically. For multi-channel AI across WhatsApp, email and social, BiteSpeed and BIK are closest. For retention — automatic segmentation and follow-up that runs without you building it — that is what 3xRetention does, and we make it.

What it is, where it is strong, where it is not, and who it fits. Our own entry is number five, written the same way.

1. AiSensy — best for broadcasting and flow building

AiSensy is an Indian WhatsApp Business API platform built around broadcasting, chatbot flow building and Meta ads management. It has been in the market for years and is one of the most established WhatsApp tools in India, with a large customer base.

Strengths
  • A mature, well-documented visual flow builder for designing every branch yourself
  • Broadcasting to large lists is a core strength
  • Meta ads management inside the same tool
  • A wide range of WhatsApp-native features — forms, webviews, click tracking, a template library, a QR generator
Limitations
  • No automatic segmentation — you define and maintain segments yourself
  • Retention flows are yours to design; nothing is created for you
  • Reporting is campaign-level — sent, delivered, read, replied — rather than repeat revenue

2. Wati — best for team inbox and support workflows

Wati is a WhatsApp Business API platform built around a shared team inbox, no-code chatbots and Instagram automation. It has an established presence well beyond India and publishes its own comparison pages.

Strengths
  • A mature shared inbox with deep support workflows
  • A no-code chatbot builder for designing your own automation
  • An interface available in more than one language
  • A strong free-tools library and a well-known academy
Limitations
  • Retention is left to you to build — segments and follow-up included
  • Reporting centres on conversations and campaigns rather than repeat revenue
  • Not built around India-specific B2B commerce such as quotations and slab pricing

3. Interakt — best for WhatsApp commerce for small businesses

Interakt is a WhatsApp commerce platform for small and medium businesses, with catalogue, payments and strong Shopify support. It has an established small-business base in India and a reputation for being easy to pick up.

Strengths
  • Simple, with a gentle learning curve for a small team

4. BiteSpeed — best for multi-channel AI for D2C

BiteSpeed is a marketing platform for direct-to-consumer brands that runs AI-led messaging across WhatsApp, email and social channels. Along with BIK, it is the closest thing on this list to one tool for every channel a D2C brand uses.

Strengths
  • WhatsApp, email and social run from one place
  • Built specifically for D2C ecommerce brands
  • AI across channels rather than WhatsApp alone
Limitations
  • D2C-focused; less suited to B2B ordering such as quotations and slab pricing
  • Multi-channel breadth is more than a WhatsApp-only business needs
Visit bitespeed.co

5. 3xRetention — best for retention and B2B commerce in chat

We make this

3xRetention is an AI agent that handles customer conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram, completes orders in the chat, then segments customers and runs retention flows by itself. We make it, which is why it sits in the middle of this list and not at the top.

Strengths
  • Segments build themselves from conversations and orders
  • Retention flows are created by the agent, not drawn on a canvas
  • B2B commerce in chat — quotations, proforma invoices, slab pricing, GST invoices
  • Meta's charges passed through at cost; repeat revenue measured against a holdout group
Limitations
  • No flow builder — if you want to design every branch yourself, pick a tool that has one
  • New — launched 2026, so the track record is short
  • No Meta ads management, and fewer WhatsApp-native extras than the established tools

6. Zoko — best for Shopify-first WhatsApp commerce

Zoko is a WhatsApp commerce tool built first and foremost for Shopify stores. It brings a store's products and orders into WhatsApp conversations so customers can shop where they already talk to you.

Strengths
  • Built around Shopify from the start
  • Selling in chat, designed for online stores
  • A natural fit for a store already committed to Shopify
Limitations
  • Tied closely to Shopify, so less of a fit if your store runs on another platform
  • Commerce-first; check how far it goes on segmentation and retention reporting before relying on it for that
Visit zoko.io

7. Gallabox — best for SMB shared inbox and chatbots

Gallabox is a WhatsApp Business API platform for small and medium businesses, centred on a shared team inbox and chatbots. It is built to let a team handle customer conversations from one number instead of passing a phone around.

Strengths
  • A shared inbox for a team working from one WhatsApp number
  • Chatbots for common questions and routing
  • Pitched at small and medium businesses rather than enterprises
Limitations
  • Limited retention capability — segmentation and follow-up are mostly yours to build
  • Inbox-first; check its commerce and reporting depth against what you need
Visit gallabox.com

8. DoubleTick — best for sales teams working from mobile

Strengths
  • Messaging infrastructure for building exactly what you need

Limitations
  • Infrastructure, not an out-of-box product

  • WhatsApp alongside SMS, voice and email APIs
  • Extensive developer documentation
Limitations
  • Requires engineering — there is no ready-made marketing tool on top
  • Priced in USD
  • WhatsApp is one channel among many, not the focus of the product

How we put this together, and our conflict of interest

We make 3xRetention, which appears on this list. That is a conflict of interest and you should read this page knowing it.

Here is how we tried to keep it useful anyway. Every tool was assessed on publicly available information — product pages, documentation and pricing pages — as of September 2026. We did not rank ourselves first. We listed a real limitation for every tool including our own. Where a competitor is the better choice for a particular need, we said so in the decision table above.

Product details and prices change. Check with each vendor before you decide. If you find something out of date here, email us and we will correct it.

Questions

Choosing a WhatsApp marketing tool

It depends on what the business mainly does on WhatsApp. To sell products in chat from a small store, Interakt and Zoko are built for that. For a support team sharing one number, look at Wati, Gallabox or DelightChat. To send campaigns to a whole list, AiSensy or Wati. If repeat orders matter most, 3xRetention — which we make. The decision table on this page maps each need to the tools that fit it.

Yes. Every tool on this list works through the official WhatsApp Business API, which is Meta's sanctioned route for business messaging. Some other products automate a linked WhatsApp device or a personal account instead. Those sit outside Meta's rules and put the number at risk, which is why none of them appear on this list.

Because prices change often and a wrong number is worse than none. We only publish a competitor's price after checking it that week, and we have not done that for all fifteen. Each entry links to the vendor's own site. When you compare, ask each one for the platform fee, any per-seat charge, and whether they add a margin to Meta's conversation charges.

Five things. Whether they use the official WhatsApp Business API. Whether they add a margin to Meta's conversation charges. Whether they charge per seat. Whether there is a minimum contract. And whether you keep your WhatsApp Business Account, number and approved templates if you leave. The last one matters most, because it decides whether you can ever switch.

Neither is better for everyone. A flow builder gives you full control and suits teams who want to design every branch themselves — AiSensy, Wati and ManyChat do this well. An agent works out the follow-up from what it knows about your business, which suits teams without the time to build and maintain flows. We make an agent, so weigh our view with that in mind.
