WhatsApp that sells, andbrings them back
Most WhatsApp tools help you send messages. This one handles the conversation, closes the order, and then works out who to go back to.
3xRetention is WhatsApp marketing software built on the official WhatsApp Business API. It answers customer messages using your catalogue and pricing rules, completes orders with payment links and GST invoices, and then runs retention flows — payment chasing, cart recovery, win-back and reorder reminders — that it creates itself. It reports repeat revenue and retention rate rather than message counts and open rates.
Most WhatsApp tools are broadcasting tools
There is nothing wrong with broadcasting. It is just a different job, and it is worth being clear about which one you are buying.
| Question | A WhatsApp broadcasting tool | |
|---|---|---|
| What you do with it | Build a list, write a message, send it to everyone | Nothing routine. The agent works out who needs what. |
| When it is used | When you remember to run a campaign | Continuously, triggered by what customers actually do |
| Who it messages | Whoever is on the list | Whoever a behaviour signal says is worth messaging |
| Effect on quality rating | Blast sends push it down, and a low rating limits your sending | Targeted sends protect it. We warn you before a risky send. |
| What it reports | Sent, delivered, read, replied | Repeat revenue, retention rate, cost per repeat order |
| Cost per outcome | Every recipient costs you a conversation charge, whether relevant or not | Fewer messages, better targeted, so lower cost per order |

How your number stays safe
Your number stays safe
WhatsApp bans are real and they are permanent. Almost all of them come from one of four causes, and none of them are things we do.
| What gets numbers banned | Where we stand |
|---|---|
| Unofficial tools that automate a linked device or a phone running WhatsApp Web | We do not do this. We run on the official Business API. Meta actively detects unofficial clients and the resulting bans are usually permanent. |
| Messaging people who never opted in | Opt-in is tracked per contact and enforced before any outbound message. The agent will not message someone with no record of consent. |
| A quality rating allowed to fall too far | We monitor your rating continuously and warn you before a send that is likely to hurt it. A falling rating reduces your daily messaging limit before it becomes a ban. |
| High block and report rates from irrelevant messaging | Targeted sends to behaviour-based segments generate far fewer blocks than list-wide broadcasts. Frequency caps stop over-contacting. |
What WhatsApp actually costs you
Two costs: our platform fee, and Meta's own per-conversation charge. We pass Meta's charge through at cost. Our calculator shows you both before you speak to anyone.
COST 01
Our platform fee
One flat monthly fee for the agent, the retention flows, the shared inbox and the reporting.
COST 02
Meta's conversation charge, at cost
Around ₹0.86 per marketing conversation in India, and about ₹0.115 for utility, authentication and service conversations, plus GST. No markup from us.
Questions about WhatsApp marketing
The App is free, runs on one phone, supports up to five linked devices, and has no automation beyond quick replies and away messages. The API has no device limit, supports a full team on one number, allows automation and integrations, and charges per conversation. Most businesses switch when they outgrow one person answering, or when they need automation.
Not necessarily. You can migrate your existing number off the Business App, which takes about a day and keeps your history. If you would rather keep your current setup running while you try this, start on a second number.
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation, not per message, and the rate depends on category. In India, marketing conversations are around ₹0.86, while utility, authentication and service conversations are about ₹0.115, plus GST. Service conversations have a free allowance each month per number. Our rate card page has the full current figures.
You can apply for it once you are on the Business API. Meta grants it based on brand notability, not on payment, so it is not something any provider can guarantee — be sceptical of anyone who says otherwise. We help you prepare the application properly.
Yes, with an approved message template and a record of opt-in. WhatsApp's 24-hour window means free-form messages are only allowed within 24 hours of a customer's last message; outside that you use a template. Every retention flow here uses pre-approved templates for exactly this reason.
It reflects how customers react to your messages. Blocks and reports push it down; engagement holds it up. A low rating reduces your daily messaging limit and can eventually restrict your number. Because our sends go to behaviour-based segments rather than your whole list, they generate far fewer blocks than broadcast campaigns.
